Customer requirements:
- All printer cables
- Printer model number
- Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 Operating System
The following is NOT covered by this service, or an additional fee may be required.
- Network configuration - For wireless and network printers, all necessary hardware/software for the network must be previously installed and working. A wireless router or access point must already be installed if using this service to intall a wireless printer. See our Wireless Network Setup page for more information.
- Any hardware problem with the printer.
